We recently completed the manufacturing of several large silos for a major industrial equipment manufacturer.
The silos were built using S275 steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 10mm, and the finished product has a diameter of over 4 meters. The project required sheet metal forming operations such as laser cutting, bending, rolling, and highly precise welding.
The entire process was carried out in-house at our facilities, including both manufacturing and treatment. Due to the size of the silos, specialised equipment was needed for handling and transportation.
